Prices & Payment

Prices are believed to be correct at the time of publication. Vivid-colours.co.uk, however, reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Prices on the invoice will be given in Pound Sterling and Euro.

Prices within this Online Shop include German VAT of 16%. This will be the VAT charged to the customer. There are no hidden costs.

Payment is carried out through PayPal: PayPal is an international company trusted by over 70 Million people. By handling the payments through PayPal we are able to accept most credit cards while you have the security that your data is not given into the wrong hands. You will need a PayPal account which you can set up in the process of checking out of the shop.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Postage and Packaging

Delivery is by postal service. We charge £4.50 for postage and packaging. Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 3-5 working days.

Availability

Vivid-colours.co.uk cannot guarantee that all the items within the online shop are available at all times. In the rare case that an item is out of stock we will immediately contact you. You then have the choice to

• cancel the complete order,
• exclude the aforesaid item from the order, or
• let us back the order

Any excess payment you made will be returned.

Returning Goods

Goods may be returned within 14 days from receipt by the customer. We will issue a full refund when the goods returned have been received by us.

In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are faulty or have been ordered in error we will carry the cost of returning the goods. Otherwise the customer is responsible for paying any delivery charges.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

IF YOU BELIEVE THAT THE GOODS WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, PLEASE DESCRIBE THE CONDITION OF THE DAMAGED PARCEL ON ARRIVAL AND KEEP ANY DAMAGED PIECES.

Suitability

Any recommendation or suggestion relating to the use of products sold by the seller shall be given in good faith but it is for the buyer to satisfy themselves of the suitability of the goods for their own particular purpose and it shall be deemed so that they have done.

Colour & Presentation

Unfortunately there is no foolproof method of accurate colour and contrast rendering across the internet. Colours may appear different depending on your computer, monitor, the software you are using and the software settings. We therefore cannot guarantee that the paints and colours you purchase will render the way they appear on your computer screen.
